This policy explains how Elite Protective Coatings handles information collected through this website when you browse, request a residential quote, or request a commercial consultation.
Information you provide
Our forms require your name, email address, and phone number. Depending on the form, you may also provide a city, business or organization, project type, approximate floor area, preferred work window, operational constraints, how you heard about us, and other project details. Please do not submit sensitive information that we do not need to discuss a concrete-coating project.
Information collected automatically
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting and security services, Vercel may process request data such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested page, date and time, and diagnostic or security information. The quote form uses Vercel BotID, an invisible CAPTCHA that evaluates browser and request signals, along with an IP address for spam and rate-limit checks.
We store campaign parameters, the landing page, and referring page in your browser's session storage and include them with a quote request. We store your cookie choice in local storage so the site can remember it. These browser records stay on your device until the browser removes them or you clear them.
Analytics and advertising
If analytics or advertising tools are configured, the site asks for your permission before loading Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Pixel. If you accept, those providers may receive information about page views, quote requests, calls or texts initiated from the site, campaign identifiers, and browser or device activity. If you choose “Essential only,” those tags do not load. You can change a saved choice by clearing this site's data in your browser and revisiting the site.
How we use and share information
We use form information to review your project, respond by phone, text, or email, prepare a quote or consultation, provide requested services, maintain business records, protect the form from abuse, and understand which marketing led to an inquiry. Form submissions are delivered to designated Elite recipients through Resend when email delivery is configured. Resend also sends the confirmation email to the address you provide.
Vercel processes data to host and operate the site and to protect quote submissions with BotID. Google and Meta process measurement data only after the consent described above and when their tags are configured. If Sentry monitoring is configured, Sentry may receive limited error and diagnostic details; the site is configured not to send default personal information to Sentry. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, the business, or others.
Retention
The website does not set a single retention period for every record. We keep inquiry and project information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain appropriate business and security records, and meet applicable obligations. Hosting, email, anti-abuse, analytics, advertising, and monitoring providers may keep information under their own retention settings and policies.
Access, correction, and deletion requests
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, email us with “Privacy Request” in the subject line or call the number below. Include enough detail for us to locate the relevant inquiry, but do not email sensitive identity documents. We may need to confirm that the request relates to you. We will review records under our control and respond based on the information we hold and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. Clearing browser storage controls the consent and attribution records stored on your own device.
